How much is shipping?
ReRack offers free shipping on most orders over $99. A flat rate of $5.95 is charged for orders under $99. Some exceptions apply: packages longer than 60 inches, extra bulky or heavy items (baskets, some hitch racks), and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We try to have shipping rules in place to calculate shipping costs to these locations, but sometimes it ends up being prohibitively expensive and is not something we can offer.
Where do you ship?
ReRack only ships to the United States. Sorry, due to dealership requirements, we cannot ship outside of the U.S.
Can I pick up in store?
We offer free in-store pickup at our Portland, OR retail store located at 2240 NE Sandy Blvd. When checking out online, you will see an option for in-store pickup if the item is available at the retail store. Your order will be ready in about 1-2 business days, typically Tuesday and Friday. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that our online store does not ship from our retail store. Items represented online are not necessarily on hand at the retail store. At the time of pick up please be prepared to show our team your order confirmation and a form of photo identification matching the information on the order.
Availability
Our shipping warehouse and our Portland retail store are different locations with different inventory. On the product page, you can see the availability of an item to determine if it is on hand at our shipping warehouse or available at our retail store (it will look like the icon below). If you need an item shipped to you and are having trouble checking out, check that the stock is available at our warehouse. Shipping orders cannot be fulfilled from stock our retail store, but you can contact us directly to see if it is an item that we can transfer to our shipping facility.

When will my order arrive?
We use USPS and UPS for shipping carriers. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day and arrive in 3-5 business days once they are shipped. Sometimes carriers experience delays that are out of our control, and items may arrive later than their estimate. Small items are typically shipped USPS Ground Advantage. Large items are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size and location. Please ensure the delivery address that you enter can receive mail by USPS or UPS. If you have specific address requirements, please contact us before ordering.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Orders over $350 require a signature for delivery. This helps us combat fraud and theft. If you have specific requirements, please contact us prior to ordering.
What if my package gets sent back?
All packages refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable by the carrier are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company.
