Returns

Please include the Return Authorization Form with your return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (received date if purchased online).

  • 20% restocking fee applies
  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Returns must include all original parts and accessories

Restocking fee may be waived in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Incorrect/wrong item was sent
  • Returns used towards another ReRack purchase

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for gift certificates, gift cards, store credit, service charges, rental fees, tips, special orders, customized items, or repairs. Damaged or destroyed items may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged/non-functional items. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked.

Refunds

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used on the initial order. Cash purchases will be refunded by check. Checks over $300 are issued by our accounting department to be sent via US mail.

Item Conditions

The merchandise must be in substantially the same condition as when it was received, including the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories. The value of missing and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount for a return. ReRack remains the sole and exclusive judge of the fair value of these items.

Other Marketplaces

Returns for orders placed through Amazon or eBay must be submitted through those channels.
